Vietnam, an area of 2,095m2 and a population of 8 million people – what an incredible place to visit.
I spent one week in Vietnam doing training for Exotissimo Vietnam. Working with a great group of tour managers (from Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia) who are responsible for looking after tourists that visit this amazing country. We focused on the importance of Customer Service, Quality and how to use Body Language correctly. Since English is not the Vietnamese first language, it was enjoyable to share this knowledge with the team. Our training lasted for five full days and we incorporated both theory and practical exercises to enhance learning enjoyment.
The team made every effort to make me feel welcome. I was even taken out to see Cu Chi Tunnels and am really pleased i went. These tunnels tell a story of how the Viet Cong survived underground.
